The following courses have been arranged:

DTAS New Assessors Courses:

7th & 8th June, Gregory Distribution Ltd, North Tawton, Devon

20th & 21st June, Wm Armstrong, Longtown, Cumbria

These are for any personnel who wish to become qualified as assessors under the DTAS scheme.

The first day will primarily cover the current DTAS Standards and the second day will feature a practical session followed by an exam, which delegates must pass before being able to move on to the next stage of the process, which is to undertake their first assessment, shadowed by an existing DTAS registered assessor, within three months of the course.

They are open to existing assessors who want to refresh their expertise, and to haulier staff that may have responsibility for self-assessments or who just wish to become more familiar with the scheme.
